Welcome to my website! I am a PhD candidate at the University of Arizona (UA) in their Rhetoric, Composition, and the Teaching of English program. Currently, I am working on my dissertation, which is a multimodal critical discourse analysis of Writing Program websites across the country. At UA, I have worked as the Writing Program Research Assistant, which included launching a five-year longitudinal study of student writing. I have also served as an intern for Rhetoric Review.
My research interests include multimodal composing and digital literacy, digital scholarship, Writing Program Administration, peer review, and collaborative learning. I teach Business Writing, first-year composition, and I have also taught a Medical Discourse class as part of UA's Med-Start summer program. I also teach Developmental Writing at Pima Community College, Desert Vista campus. To learn more about my work, feel free to explore the links above. For my CV, click here.
